Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Share tracking number via email.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving your return and issued to your original payment method.

To return an item, please:

• Ship the return within 14 days of purchase.
• Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Use a tracked shipping service.

Custom prints & miscellaneous work are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please email fondprintedgoodsstl@gmail.com with detailed photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
